Welcome to H2O~FIT
We have been in business since 1994, and currently offer 15 aquafit classes, 19 diaper-fit classes, and 6 toddler-fit classes at four locations in Toronto. Our three programs are unlike any others in the city, and we have have one of the best instructor teams in the city of Toronto.
