Sunday January 15 to Saturday January 21 (inclusive)
The Westin hotel has informed us that they will be shutting down the pool for annual maintenance from January 15-21. In order to make-up this week of cancelled classes, we must start one week earlier. Aquafit classes will start on Monday, January 2, and diaperfit classes will begin Tuesday January 3.

New Toddler-Fit Program
We are pleased to announce our new Toddler-Fit classes (for parents/tots) at our Graydon Hall and Monarch Park locations. This fifty minute class in the shallow end further develops the basic swimming skills learned in Diaper-Fit. A variety of different games, activities, and swimming skills are accompanied by new songs and water toys. Children will increase their comfort level in the water and be ready for progression to Red Cross swimming lessons. See class schedule for more details.

Make-up Classes for Aquafit, Diaper-Fit, Toddler-Fit
Make-up classes for aquafit are permitted on other days providing there is space available - please inform class instructor that you're doing a make-up class.

Clients at our Westin, Eunice's, Graydon Hall locations are welcome to attend aquafit make-ups at Monarch Park on Tuesdays 6pm or Saturdays at 11am.

Make-up classes for diaper-fit and toddler-fit are permitted, but must be attended before the end of each 8-week session.
Two make-up classes are permitted each 8-week session.
To register for a make-up class, email H2O-FIT to reserve class date/time/location
(also confirm the class date/time/location for which you will be absent).

2011 Security Access Cards at Westin
Cards are valid until December 22, 2011.
Please return the old card to your class instructor to be recycled. If your card does not work, or if you lose it, please contact Suzanne Fahie for a replacement card (only Suzanne, not your class instructor, can replace your card).
