classes involve deep and shallow deep-water exercises using aqua-belts,
noodles, training tethers, hand-buoys and stretching straps, set to a
variety of upbeat music, in pool temperatures of 83-90 degrees. Each 45
minute class includes a 5-minute warm-up, 20-25 minute aerobic workout,
10 minutes of muscle conditioning and a 5-minute cool-down and stretch
are led by highly qualified and experienced instructors who strive to
motivate, educate and communicate with their participants. The H2O~FIT
instructor team is C.A.L.A. (Canadian Aquafitness Leaders Alliance), Bronze
Cross, C.P.R. and First Aid certified, and will lead you through a safe,
effective and fun water workout.
