I have been an H2O~FIT client for over 25 years! Suzanne and her team of instructors have kept me physically and mentally fit all these years. They bring a timely energy to each and every class, and are always willing to modifying a move to adapt to a client’s physical level or capability. I joined H2O~FIT on the strong recommendation of my surgeon, six weeks after my first hip replacement. It took a few classes to get the swing of the exercises but the instructor was very helpful and pointed out alternative movements to ensure I also complied with the movement restrictions I had at the time. This exercise played a big part in my recovery and helped build muscle and flexibility for my second hip replacement. I love the classes and look forward to them every week!
