H2O~FIT is a family-owned and operated business, with five warm water locations in Toronto and over 300 clients enrolled in our Parent~Tot Swim, Aqua~Fit, and Zoom~Fit programs.

 

Over the past 25 years we have introduced more than 10,000 babies and toddlers to the joys of swimming. Safety is our top priority, as we guide parents and their children through our  BabySwim, ToddlerSwim and KinderSwim programs. In addition to instruction of essential swim skills, we also incorporate music, toys, interactive activities, and fitness into our classes. Our one-of-a-kind programs are unlike any other in the city.

Our aquafit program is also top notch—many of our clients have been with us for more than twenty-five years! With a strong background in kinesiology and aquatics, our instructor team will lead you through a safe, effective and fun workout every week!

Recently, our company has expanded its services to include new land-based classes for infants and toddlers (BabyTime, ToddlerTime), as well as our new Zoom~Fit classes for adults.
