Who Doesn't Love Zoom~Fit!

Being introduced to your on line fitness classes by my sister has been one of the best things that have happened to me this fall. I have been a very start and stop fitness attendee over many many years, but somehow the routine you have going works beautifully for me and I actually, for the first time, look forward to the classes.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the neck and shoulder exercises that you regularly lead us through. I’ve had neck problems for years and this is the first time I’ve been taught such careful and gentle exercises for it. I’ve avoided weights for years because of neck pain—I’m now cautiously looking forward to being able to increase my weights! Thanks so much Suzanne.
